Music Bands in Bullas.

Bullas has had a music band since 1888 which has been a musical benchmark in the Northwestern region of Murcia, as the inhabitants of its town and bordering municipalities claim.
The current titular band of the "Villa de Bullas" Musical Association was constituted in February 1998, obtaining the name of "Band of the Association of the Municipal School of Music of Bullas", which was created to give an outlet to the students of wind and percussion of the Municipal School of Music of Bullas and so that they could develop the knowledge they were acquiring during their apprenticeship at the School of Music and later in the different conservatories of the Region of Murcia.
Since February 2006 and to date, Víctor Manuel Rodrigo García has been directing the Band, with whom he has participated in numerous music band festivals throughout the Spanish geography, highlighting Almería, Albacete, Valencia, as well as in different locations in Murcia.
The band has 50 musicians, all of them young, who began their studies at the Municipal School of Music of Bullas and have continued or continue to continue at different conservatories in the Region of Murcia, Alicante and Valencia, highlighting their performance.
Currently the Association manages the only official school in the town, which is made up of 13 teachers, all of them with completed higher education.
